COOK-OFF

Dave Hunt and Christopher Sant of Hector's Smoke House beat 35 teams from around the world to take out the second annual Melbourne Barbecue Festival Cook-Off in 2016, sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society.

This year, there's over $20,000 in cash and prizes to be won! Thanks to our generous sponsors and prize donors, the Yak Ales Melbourne Barbecue Festival has a fantastic range of cash and prizes on offer for teams competing in the KCBS-sanctioned cook-off. Check out the full listing of cash and prizes here.

Plus, the best performing Australian team at the 2017 Yak Ales Melbourne Barbecue Festival will receive invitations to compete at the American Royal World Series of Barbecue Invitational in Kansas City, USA, and the World Food Championships. And a spot in the draw for the Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue.
