El Asador translates in English as ‘the barbecuer’ and was founded in 2010 after owners Max and Emily travelled to Max’s homeland Argentina. Starting with a range of fresh chimichurri sauces, El Asador quickly expanded to included their own recipe chorizo, specialty meat cuts and BBQ seasonings. El Asador then moved into and large-scale public and private event catering and has just opened Perth's first Argentinian grill or parrillada.
